Complete and sign the application and photographic release.
Attach a photocopy of your drivers licence or passport showing your age.
Be sure to include your typed wet rubber fantasy (150 words maximum).
Send a jpg or gif photo of yourself in rubber gear for promotional use prior to the contest to info@mirubber.com.

The Preliminary Deadline of October 3, 2008 is for those contestants who wish to be included in press releases, website, announcements and other publications in the month prior to the contest weekend.
The Final Deadline of 5:00 pm CST November 7, 2008 is for all additional contestants wishing to compete in this year’s contest.
