MIR 2008 Preview Just For You!!

We've been working hard to get things ready for MIR2008 and you're getting a special sneak peek at our work!

We've finalized our new look for this year. To your right you'll see our publicity materials for MIR2008 which will make their debut at IML. We've already started talking to sponsors and we're doing everything in our power to make this year's MIR even better than last year!

Soon you'll be able to get all of the details on this year's events and purchase your weekend package online as we launch the website for MIR2008!

There's a few surprises we're working on as well, but you'll hear more about those later! (We can't give everything away at once!)

As a reminder, you can reserve your room at the Host Hotel NOW and be ensured a space the the hotel closest to MIR events. You have until 24 hours prior to check-in to cancel your reservation and there is no charge made to your credit card until you check in! So what are you waiting for? Reserve your room today!

MIR at IML

Mr. International Rubber will return to the vendor's market at International Mister Leather from May 25 - 28, 2007 in Chicago, Illinois.

It's going to be hard to miss us at the Vendor's Market. We'll be just inside the door on the first floor of the market. A prime position if there ever was one!

Stop by and you can enter our free drawing. We'll be giving away two free weekend packages to MIR2008!

We're still looking for a few good rubber guys to help us out at the MIR booth this year. If you're interested in volunteering, send us an email and we'll get back to you with more details and available shifts.

As you can see from the picture above, volunteering at the MIR booth is a great experience and alot of fun! It's like being at a rubber and leather parade! You never know who will walk by or what will happen. The MIR booth is always a center of attention. Come on...you know you want to!

Xavier is Mr. M.E.C. 2007

On March 31, 2007 the French Rubber Club Mec En Caoutchouc (M.E.C.) held their second annual Rubber Contest.

Four men competed for the title and when the results were tallied, the winner was Xavier Gicquel.

Xavier is a visual artist and his work has been featured in Honcho, Plan-K and will be featured in the upcoming issue of Instigator Magazine as well.

Lone Star Rubber Corp Launches New Website!

We'll those Texan's have done it again!

Former MIR contestant Aqualaboy and his pals have been having a sweaty time all over Texas for several years.

Now they've updated their website so you can see what they've been up to and even join in the fun!

This isn't George W. Bush's idea of Texas, that's for sure!

Maurizio On The Move

Maurizio continues his trek around the globe representing Mr. International Rubber and the Rubber Fetish community. To the right you see Maurizio at the Mr. M.E.C. Rubber France Contest along with some of this year's MIR contestants Mr. RubClub, Mr. EuroRubber and Mr. Rubber Italia. And of course, their emcee for the evening is from the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence Paris Convent! Those sisters are a kinky group of nuns, and we love them!

You'll see Maurizio next at IML29 where he will be supporting his partner Simone - Mr. Leather Italia - in his run for the title of International Mister Leather. (We'll be cheering for Simone as well!)

Later this year Maurizio invades Sweden as part of the European Confederation of Motorcycle Clubs Annual General Meeting!
