About the DoubleTree by Hilton, The Hampton Inn & Suites, the North Shore Center for the Performing Arts, and the Village of Skokie.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Chicago – North Shore Conference Center is located adjacent to the North Shore Center for the Performing Arts and offers newly designed and renovated rooms complete with wireless internet access in every room. With 369 rooms the DoubleTree Hotel offers all of the amenities you expect of a fine hotel.  Westfield Old Orchard Mall and Skokie Hospital are across the street. This IACC-certified Conference Center features the rooftop Monaco Ballroom with panoramic views of the Chicago skyline. Free parking is available on site.

The Hampton Inn and Suites North Shore - Skokie is located adjacent to 1-94 and just 1.4 miles from the DoubleTree hotel. This hotel, built in 2000, offers 225 rooms and a full range of amenities including: free wifi, fitness center, indoor pool, and complimentary breakfast.  Free parking is available on site. In addition to king and queen rooms and studios, suites are available with additional amenities such as kitchenettes and whirlpool tubs.

The North Shore Center for the Performing Arts is a 69,000 square foot venue situated on two acres, containing two state-of-the-art ADA compliant and handicapped accessible performing arts theater spaces, ample backstage artist amenities, and a 6,000 square foot atrium-style grand lobby ideal for parties and receptions. There are 1,500 free parking spaces including adjacent parking garage and hotel lot. The Center Theatre contains 867 total seats, 527 on the main floor, 300 in the balcony and forty seats in side boxes. The Center Theatre is regarded as a warm intimate space with perfect acoustics for any-sized performance. The furthest seat is only 80 feet away from the stage.

The Village of Skokie, Illinois, located 16 miles northwest of downtown Chicago and 12 miles east of O'Hare International Airport will be the location of the 27th Mr. International Rubber Contest Weekend. Accessibility to transportation is a key advantage in Skokie, with the Edens Expressway (Interstate 94) spanning the community's western edge, seven Chicago Transit Authority and ten Pace suburban bus lines and the CTA's Skokie Swift rail line combine to offer numerous options for private and public transportation.
