MIR WEEKEND PACKAGE REFUND POLICY Attendee Initiated Cancellation Refund Policy
Prior to September 10, the package holder will be refunded 75% of the purchase price using the payment method on file.
Between September 10 and October 11, the package holder may request to apply 75% of the purchase price toward the value of a package for the following year’s event. (e.g. 75% of an MIR 27 package value may be applied toward the purchase of an MIR 28 package). Any value not used the following year will be forfeited.
Refund requests must be initiated by email to firstname.lastname@example.org by midnight on October 11 of the year of the event for which the package refund is requested.
If circumstances (such as state or federal emergency) require the cancellation of the in-person portion of MIR Contest events, all weekend package holders will have the option to receive a 75% refund on their weekend package or to roll over their full value towards the next year’s weekend package.
