MIR WEEKEND PACKAGE REFUND POLICY
Attendee Initiated Cancellation Refund Policy
- Prior to October 1, the package holder will be refunded 75% of the purchase price using the payment method on file.
- Between October 1 and October 31, the package holder may request to apply 75% of the purchase price toward the value of a package for the following year’s event. (e.g. 75% of an MIR 25 package value may be applied toward the purchase of an MIR 26 package). Any value not used the following year will be forfeited.
- Refund requests must be initiated by email to firstname.lastname@example.org by midnight on October 31 of the year of the event for which the package refund is requested.
If circumstances (such as state or federal emergency) require the cancellation of the in-person portion of MIR Contest events, all weekend package holders will have the option to receive a 75% refund on their weekend package or to roll over their full value towards the next year’s weekend package.
