We would like to announce that in order to accommodate our increased attendance this year, BOTH HOTELS (The Hilton and Embassy Suites) will be hosting events as part of MIR29.

As their name would suggest, The Embassy Suites is an all suites hotel.
~Suites with One King Bed - $239/night or
~Suites with Two Queen Beds - $269/night.
~All rooms include complimentary breakfast and afternoon managers reception.
~Parking rates for those with cars will be discounted to $15/day.
~A one night non-refundable deposit will be charged at the time of booking.
~Additionally, a minimum stay of two nights (Friday & Saturday) are required.

ABOUT THE HILTON ROSEMONT/CHICAGO O'HARE
Our MIR29 host hotel will feature some important changes and improvements for our attendee experience.
- In 2025 we will have a complete hotel buyout at The Hilton. The hotel will be closed to outside guests, meaning that only MIR attendees will be able to access the hotel.
- The Hilton Rosemont/Chicago O'Hare is one of several hotels serving the adjacent convention center complex. As such, there are plenty of hotel rooms that will allow MIR to continue to grow for several years.
- At the moment, it is MIR organizers intention that all events will be contained in hotel spaces.
- The Hilton Rosemont/Chicago O'Hare provides complimentary shuttle service from O'Hare International Airport, every 30 minutes from 5:00am until Midnight.
The Hilton Rosemont/Chicago O'Hare is located three miles from Chicago's O'Hare International Airport, in the town of Rosemont. The property features a full range of amenities including: a restaurant, bar, free wifi, business center, fitness center, and a heated indoor rooftop pool with skyline views. The property also includes a Starbucks. The Hilton also offers 24,000 sq. feet of convention and meeting space across 20 rooms.
About the Village of Rosemont.
The Village of Rosemont, Illinois, located 18 miles northwest of downtown Chicago and 3 miles east of O'Hare International Airport will be the location of the 29th MIR International Rubber Contest Weekend. While the Village may be small in physical area, it is a center of commercial activity in the region. Accessibility to transportation is a key advantage in Rosemont, with Interstate Highways 94 and 294 converging near the Village. The Chicago Transit Authorities Rosemont Blue Line station is nearby, with easy access to and from downtown Chicago. The PACE regional bus service provides multiple busses that travel past the Hilton. And METRA's North Central regional train service from Chicago Union Station stops a short distance from the hotel. Nearby attractions include the Rivers Casino, The Fashion Outlets, The Donald E. Stevens Convention Center, and The Allstate Arena.
