MIR WEEKEND PACKAGE REFUND POLICY
Attendee Initiated Cancellation Refund Policy
- Prior to September 8, the package holder will be refunded 75% of the purchase price using the payment method on file.
- Between September 8 and October 9, the package holder may request to apply 75% of the purchase price toward the value of a package for the following year’s event. (e.g. 75% of an MIR 28 package value may be applied toward the purchase of an MIR 29 package). Any value not used the following year will be forfeited.
- Refund requests must be initiated by email to registration@mirubber.com by midnight on October 9 of the year of the event for which the package refund is requested.
If circumstances (such as state or federal emergency) require the cancellation of the in-person portion of MIR Contest events, all weekend package holders will have the option to receive a 75% refund on their weekend package or to roll over their full value towards the next year’s weekend package.
T-shirt sizes are guaranteed prior to October 9th. T-shirt sizes will be met with available stock after this date.
